Daniel Hernandez @DANBUYSBIKES
More about Daniel HereDaniel started riding at 12 years old and spent years learning from the Texas A&M Motorcycle Club and BVSR riders around College Station. The many rides through the backroads became his foundation for understanding both control and risk.
What drives Daniel today is the belief that specialization makes everything better. Less is more. By focusing on doing one thing exceptionally well, DBB Powersports can give customers a level of quality and consistency that is rare in this industry.
Daniel has spent much of his time helping and coaching others, understanding that information is often more valuable than physical help. You can learn from those who came before you, and that is why he is dedicated to documenting every step of the DBB journey through Skool. It ensures that the knowledge being built today will continue to help others long into the future.
Daniel was a motorcycle enthusiast who wanted to do business as a professional. As he learned quickly, there was much more he did not know than he first realized. It was good enough to get started, but the deeper he went, the more he saw how much nuance there was to every skill. Anyone who has done something for a long time knows that experience matters most, especially with fundamentals. Staying focused for years or even decades is what separates good from great. There is no shortcut around the experience gap in the beginning.

Tucker Klein @LEMMELOOPIT
More about Tucker HereTucker is the backbone of the service side of DBB Powersports. He manages daily operations in the shop and sets the standard for the quality of work that leaves it. Every tire, every bike, and every lesson passes through his hands.
He is also the primary tester for most of the products and parts sold through StuntGrom. The data and improvements that come from his testing have shaped the quality and reliability of everything DBB offers.
Tucker represents what the next generation of technicians/consultants at DBB will look like. Skilled, consistent, and professional, while still grounded in the same passion that built the company.

New Team Member (Coming soon)
Apply HereWe are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, not just work for us.
At DBB Powersports, everything we do is built around professionalism, focus, and consistency. We believe that doing one thing exceptionally well is better than doing everything halfway. If you share that mindset, you will fit right in.
This position is not for someone looking to be told what to do every day. It is for someone who can prove their worth through action, attention to detail, and pride in their work. You will learn our systems, add value to them, and help us continue raising the standard for motorcycle service in Austin.
We specialize in Japanese sport bikes and Honda Groms. Our work centers around tires, maintenance, and education. We are building a culture where craftsmanship, accountability, and documentation matter — where what we do today becomes the training material for the next generation tomorrow.
If you believe in learning by doing, if you care about being professional in every detail, and if you want to be part of something that is growing beyond a local shop, reach out.
